About
Hi, I’m Jon.
Graphic designer and illustrator in Devon, UK, with over 15 years across brand identity, print, packaging, digital design, merchandise, publishing, and campaign artwork. My best work is the quiet kind: restrained palettes, confident typography, decisions that earn their place.
I work directly with clients in hospitality, music, tech, education, apparel, and games, shaping each brief around what the project actually needs.
Good design should do its job before anyone reads a word. It should communicate clearly, feel considered, and hold up long after launch. That’s why I take on a focused number of projects at a time and give each one proper attention from first idea to final delivery.

Experience

Combining four studios and over a decade of freelancing, each role brought different clients, constraints, and standards. All of it feeds into how I work with clients today.

How I Work
The Process
Discovery
Understanding the business, the audience, and what the project needs to achieve. A clear brief produces better work.
Strategy
Before any visual work begins, I establish what the brand needs to communicate and to whom. That foundation shapes every decision after it.
Design
Concept development, refinement, and presentation. Multiple directions if needed. Honest feedback welcomed.
Deliver
Final files, guidelines where needed, and support through rollout. The handover is complete when you have everything to move forward.
