For Hospitality Venues

Your venue deserves design that sells.

A complete brand and design package built specifically for restaurants, bars, cafes, and hospitality venues. Not a template. Not a logo from a marketplace. A proper identity system designed around your business.

Why It Works

Design that earns its keep

First Impression

A sign, a shopfront, a menu on the bar. You get seconds to convince someone at the door. Design either earns the walk-in or loses it.

Menus That Work

A well-designed menu is the only salesperson every table uses. Layout, hierarchy, type — they move what customers order and what they spend.

One System, Every Surface

Van wrap to loyalty card to booking page. If the brand breaks between touchpoints, customer trust breaks with it. Consistency is the point.

How It Works

Simple process

01

Discovery

A 15-minute call or a detailed email to understand your venue, your audience, and what the project needs to achieve. A clear brief produces better work.

02

Strategy

A clear proposal with quote, timeline, and scope. No surprises, no hidden costs. The foundation every design decision is built on.

03

Design

Concepts, feedback rounds, and refinement. You see work in progress and have real input throughout.

04

Deliver

Final files in every format, print-ready and digital-ready. Guidelines where needed. You own everything.

Questions

Common questions

Why a package instead of hourly pricing?

Because hospitality venues need to know what they are buying. Hourly rates penalise efficiency and make budgeting impossible — you cannot tell an accountant "it will cost somewhere between £2,000 and £15,000." Fixed-scope packages mean you know exactly what you are getting, exactly what it costs, and when it lands. No surprise invoices, no scope creep negotiations mid-project.

What if I only need part of a package?

Most projects are customised from the starting points listed here. If you already have a logo you like and only need menu design and signage, the Launch package can be stripped back. If you need something the packages do not cover, we can add it. The prices listed are anchor points for common scopes — your actual quote reflects the actual work.

How long does each package take to deliver?

Foundation typically runs 4–6 weeks from brief to final files. Launch runs 6–10 weeks depending on the number of print and digital deliverables. Ongoing is a quarterly retainer with pieces delivered as needed — usually within 5–10 working days of each brief coming in. Urgent launch timelines can be accommodated if booked far enough in advance.

Do I own the final designs?

Yes. Once the project is paid in full, all final files are yours outright. That includes source files (AI, EPS, SVG), print-ready exports (PDF), and web-ready versions (PNG). You can take them to any printer or developer and use them without restriction.

Can I start with Foundation and upgrade later?

Yes. Many venues start with Foundation to establish the identity, then come back for Launch-scale work when they are ready to roll out the full kit. The Foundation work becomes the base — nothing gets redone or wasted.

Do you offer consultation before I commit?

Always. Every project starts with a free discovery call to work out what you actually need. If a package is a fit, we go from there. If it is not, I will tell you what would be — even if that means pointing you to someone else better suited to the job.

What about print production — do I handle that myself?

Your choice. I provide print-ready files with full specifications so you can take them to any printer. For local venues I can co-ordinate production with trusted South West print suppliers who I work with regularly — handled as a pass-through, with transparent quotes.
